De Havilland Mosquito TIII RR299 makes a flypast at the Warbirds Air Display at RAF Bassingbourne in 1978. Shot by my father, this aircraft was a regular feature of air displays from the 1960's until its tragic loss in an accident in 1996, when both pilot and engineer were killed. This shot was scanned from a black & white negative, and edited for the Annual Pickering War Weekend in 2010.
